These Terms and Conditions govern your use of This Good Call, an AI receptionist service provided by This Good AI, a DBA of This Good Home. By using this service, you accept these terms in full.

Service Description

This Good Call provides a done-for-you AI receptionist service powered by voice AI technology. The service answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, collects caller information, and delivers call summaries and notifications to you. The AI receptionist persona used in this service is named Jolene.

SMS Messaging — A2P 10DLC

These terms also apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by This Good Call. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Messaging Consent

As a client or caller, you must explicitly consent to receive messages from This Good Call. Consent can be given through various channels including, but not limited to, our website sign-up forms, verbal confirmation during onboarding, or other documented interactions. Callers who interact with the AI receptionist may receive SMS follow-up messages where applicable and where consent has been obtained.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages sent by This Good Call may include call summaries, lead notifications, appointment confirmations, service alerts, reminders, and other relevant communications. Frequency will depend on call volume and your configured service settings.

Call Recording and AI Interaction

By using This Good Call, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Inbound calls to your configured phone number may be answered by an AI receptionist
  • Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and notification purposes
  • Call recordings and summaries may be delivered to you via email or SMS
  • It is your responsibility as the business owner to comply with all applicable call recording disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, including notifying callers that they may be interacting with an AI and that calls may be recorded

Data Collection

This Good Call collects information provided by callers during AI receptionist interactions, including but not limited to names, phone numbers, service requests, and other details voluntarily shared. This information is used solely to provide call summary notifications to you as the business client. This Good Call does not sell caller data to third parties.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you send or receive as part of our service. This could affect your bill depending on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

To discontinue receiving SMS messages from This Good Call, reply STOP to any of our messages at any time. This will unsubscribe you from SMS communications. To cancel your AI receptionist service entirely, contact us directly.

Service Limitations

This Good Call does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all calls will be answered without error. The AI receptionist operates based on information provided during setup. Errors may occur if caller inquiries fall outside the configured scope of the service. This Good Call is not liable for missed calls, incorrect information relayed by the AI, or business losses resulting from service interruptions.

Message Delivery

This Good Call does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Such issues can occur due to factors outside our control, including network problems or device compatibility.

User Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information during setup
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Notify your callers as required by applicable law that calls may be answered by an AI and may be recorded
  • Not use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose

Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that this service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, AI disclosure, call recording, and commercial communications. Compliance with state and local call recording disclosure laws is solely your responsibility as the business client.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

This Good Call reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct communication where feasible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
